Reflections
Jean-Matthieu will reflect on how to communicate climate change, engaging with a wider audience and the importance of having conversations about climate change.
Jean-Matthieu Gaunand
Jean-Matthieu Gaunand is SCCAN Training and Engagement Manager. He is responsible for overseeing the development and promotion of the Climate for Change programme and training and engagement activities. With a background in community project management, he started working at SCCAN in 2018 as SCCAN communications coordinator and later as Network Weaver. Before his involvement with SCCAN, he founded and coordinated the Edinburgh and Lothians Regional Equality Council’s award-winning project ‘Communities for Conservation’ that was funded by the Scottish Government Climate Challenge Fund. He also founded and coordinated the Edinburgh Climate Festival until 2021.
